CATCH Curriculm

The Catch Program (Coordinated Approach to Child Health) transforms children's health by improving their nutrition, level of physical activity, classroom environment, and community. CATCH resources allow schools and organizations to coordinate their health messages in an effective and sustainable way. Programming is provided for 4 different settings: elementary, middle-school, pre-school and after school.

Nutrition Education

Our Nutrition Educators will come directly to your school to teach students on a variety of topics including eating more fruits and vegetables. Classes are typically single session or a series of 4-8 weeks.

School Announcements

Announcements are a great way to promote healthy eating habits and increased physical activity! Add a little "healthy flavor" to your morning messages!

School Wellness

Our educators can assist your school in forming a wellness policy. A local school wellness policy is a written document of official policies that guide a school district’s efforts to establish a school environment that promotes students’ health, well-being, and ability to learn by supporting healthy eating and physical activity.

Smarter Lunchrooms

As part of the Smarter Lunchroom Movement, our Nutrition Educators will work to equip your school lunchrooms with free or low-cost evidence-based tools that improve child eating behaviors. For example, simply moving and highlighting fruit can increase sales up to 102%!
