BAM! For Body and Mind!
BAM! For Body and Mind was created for youth ages 9-13 to learn about healthy lifestyles. The site focuses on topics that kids told us are important to them—such as stress and physical fitness—using kid-friendly lingo, games, quizzes, and other interactive features. Teachers can also use BAM! for fun, interactive ideas!
