4 cups chopped peaches
2 cups chopped nectarines or plums
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon lemon zest
1 cinnamon stick or 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1.) Add fruit and honey to pot over medium heat.
2.) Add lemon zest and cinnamon. Stir.
3.) Cook until fruit is soft, about 10-12 minutes.
4.) Serve immediately or refrigerate and enjoy cold!
5.) Refrigerate leftovers.
