Ingredients

2 cups diced peaches
3/4 cups diced cucumbers
1/4 cup finely diced red onion
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1 finely diced jalapeno, seeds removed
2 tablespoons lime juice
Salt and Pepper to taste


Materials

Medium Bowl, Knife, Cutting board, Measuring Cups, Measuring Spoons, Mixing Spoon

Directions

1. Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl.

2. Serve or chill and enjoy!

3. Refrigerate leftovers.

Notes

For the best buy, choose peaches with reddish, velvety skins.
