2 cups seedless grapes
5 cups mixed salad greens
2 cups cooked chick peas
2 cups orange segments
3 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1.) In a large bowl, combine grapes, salad greens, chick peas and oranges.
2.) In a small bowl, mix vinegar and oil.
3.) Pour oil mixture over salad mixture.
4.) Toss well and serve.
5.) Refrigerate leftovers.
