1 cup blueberries

5 chopped peaches or nectarines

1 tablespoon chopped fresh thyme

2 teaspoons grated peeled ginger

1/4 cup lemon juice

1 teaspoon grated lemon peel

Directions

1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients. Add 1/4 cup water and mix well.

2. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
